bloodwood honey

Our honey comes from the Blue Mountains National Park in New South Wales. Bloodwood is our richest honey, with a slight floral note and molasses-like flavour. Raw honey is not heated or treated in any way, retaining all its natural vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes. Our apiarist is in conversion to organic certification and this honey is 100% chemical and pesticide-free.
