This sweet and spicy chai blend is the perfect afternoon tea. Free from caffeine, dandelion has a nutty flavour similar to coffee which adds an extra layer of flavour to this blend. To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (90C) for 3-5 minutes. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
