This rare white tea has a honeydew and jasmine-like perfume, plucked before the buds open to retain their natural nutrients. This variety is one of the best known, most popular white teas and has a large open leaf with a pleasant, mild character. To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (90C) for 3-5 minutes. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
