Yerba Mate is a tea traditionally enjoyed in South American countries. Yerba mate does contain some caffeine. It has less caffeine than a coffee but more than a cup of black tea. It is also said to improve performance and mental focus. To brew, use 2-4 tsp of tea leaves and steep in hot water (90C) for 4-8 minutes. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
