Pesticide free, A-grade, Australian almonds, roasted in tamari (gluten-free, Japanese, alternative to soy sauce). Almonds are high in potassium, folic acid, vitamin E, protein and heart-healthy fats. Great energy fuelled snack on their own but can be used in an endless amount of dishes from salads and stir-fries. Store in an airtight container, and keep in a cool, dry place.
